Account & Contact Information: Full name, email address, phone number, and WhatsApp/Line ID.
Booking Details: Pickup and drop-off locations, flight number, arrival/departure dates and times, passenger count, luggage count, and greeting sign text.
Google Account Data (OAuth): When you sign in using "Sign in with Google", we receive your basic profile information provided by Google OAuth, specifically:
- Your Google Name (full name)
- Your Google Email address
- Your Profile photo URL (optional, used for avatar display)
Payment Records: Transaction IDs and payment status (paid/pending). We DO NOT store credit card numbers or banking secrets on our servers; payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant providers (Omise).

Limited Use Requirements: RABBAirport's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically regarding Google user data:

Purpose of Access: We use your Google profile data solely to authenticate your identity, create or log you into your RABBAirport user account, and associate your bookings with your account.
No Advertising: We DO NOT use Google user data to serve advertisements, nor do we share or sell it to third-party ad networks or data brokers.
No Sale of Data: We DO NOT sell Google user data under any circumstances.
No Human Access: No human employees or developers read your personal Google data unless explicitly required for resolving technical security issues or where you provide express consent.

4. How We Use Your Information / วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ข้อมูล

We use your information exclusively for the following legitimate purposes:

To confirm, process, and fulfill your airport transfer and greeting bookings.
To communicate with you regarding booking status, driver arrival, or schedule changes.
To provide your contact name, flight number, and pickup location to the assigned professional driver for your trip.
To issue electronic booking confirmations, receipts, and invoices.
To prevent fraud and maintain the security of our platform.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure / การเปิดเผยข้อมูลแก่บุคคลภายนอก

We do not share your personal information except in the following limited situations:

Assigned Drivers: The designated driver receives only trip-relevant details (passenger name, pickup/drop-off point, flight number, contact number) to execute the transportation service.
Service Providers: Secure infrastructure providers (Supabase for authentication/database, Omise for payment gateway processing) acting strictly under confidentiality obligations.
Legal Compliance: When required by Thai law, court order, or competent government authorities.

Your data is protected with industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS in-transit encryption and encrypted database storage with Row-Level Security (RLS) on our cloud servers. Access to personal data is restricted solely to authorized operational processes.

7. User Rights & Data Deletion / สิทธิของผู้ใช้และการขอลบข้อมูล

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to access, rectify, or request the complete deletion of your account and personal data from our systems at any time.
