• Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon successful completion of required booking details and payment verification.
• Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund according to company policy.
• Delays: We monitor flight statuses. For reasonable flight delays, our drivers will adjust waiting times accordingly.

• Passengers must provide accurate pickup dates, flight numbers, and contact details.
• Passengers are responsible for ensuring luggage dimensions and passenger count fit within the selected vehicle capacity.

RABBAirport strives to provide punctual and safe transportation. However, we are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, unforeseen traffic accidents, road closures, or force majeure events outside our reasonable control.
